In most companies I work with, the founder or owner is still the best salesperson. Often that’s right, and for longer than people expect. What’s missing is everything around it: who the best customer actually is, a process that survives a busy month, and enough written down for a new hire to learn from.
Building that is its own project. It competes for time with the product, the team, and the selling itself.
So I come in for a few days a month, or a few weeks in total. We work out what you sell and to whom, put a process around it, and write it down so it stops living in one head.
“Nidal did not present sales as a set of tricks or motivational slogans. He explained it as a normal business function that requires understanding the customer, qualifying opportunities properly, following a process, and staying consistent. [...] It gave us a clearer way to think about sales internally, and helped us start building sales into a more defined area of the company. We eventually brought in someone to focus on it specifically and lead those efforts.”
“Nidal provided excellent insights into friction points in the customer experience and clever ways to solve them. There were several product releases that consisted entirely of his ideas.”
“Nidal has the ability to catch participants’ attention and keep them engaged while handling group dynamics and staying focused. His presentation skills allow him to present even complex matters in a simple and understandable yet attractive way.”
